Marketing Management

CompliancePoint DM, Inc., a PossibleNOW company, offers consulting, audit and training services that help businesses mitigate risk and ensure compliance with the complex array of state, federal and international laws. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful, growing organization. The Marketing Manager position is responsible for the creation and execution of all marketing related activities for the company.

This position regularly supervises Outside Vendors (multiple); Social Media Marketing Coordinator (one). In the supervision of others, these activities are part of the position responsibilities:

  • Training
  • Budgeting
  • Scheduling
  • Directing
  • Developing
  • Measuring performance

Job Responsibilities: the essential functions considered most important, yet performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Managing brand identity and content strategy for existing and new programs.
  • Planning, developing, and executing bulk email communication and inbound lead campaigns through HubSpot.
  • Managing all website and social media content.
  • Coordinating projects with contactors or outside vendors.
  • Managing social media marketing plan and execution.
  • Overseeing the creation of graphics, logos, and design elements for all marketing collateral and vehicles

Periodic responsibilities (whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.):

  • Writing and distribution of press releases.
  • Selecting and ordering promotional items.
  • Planning and execution of trade show participation, including: selection of booth space, payment for show orders, creation and production of booth graphics, adherence to marketing budget, and all logistics.
  • Ensuring corporate memberships do not lapse.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing webinar events throughout the year to promote CompliancePoint’s expertise.
  • Developing, analyzing and communicating marketing plans to the executive management team.
  • Planning and implementing product launch and marketing initiatives for new products
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Preparing KPI based status reports for the Leadership team on marketing efforts.
  • Presenting marketing achievements and initiatives to all company executives and staff quarterly.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements:

Five to ten years (marketing)

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Precise budget management and ROI tracking.
  • Knowledge of trade show logistics and processes.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar platform, a plus.
  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred.
