CompliancePoint is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to design and execute the company’s overall content strategy with scalable processes to continuously produce meaningful content to educate, engage and convert target customers online and across social media channels. This role will be integral in supporting and expanding the company’s significant demand generation and inbound lead generation marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate ongoing content planning and manage day-to-day content creation. Content to include blog posts, social media posts, website copy, PDF guides, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, audio recordings, and other content as needed
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, freelance writers, graphic designers, and internal team members to create, edit, and review all content to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Build and execute an effective editorial calendar by staying up to date with customer challenges and the latest industry news and trends
  • Work with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communication strategies that articulate our brand story and service offering’s core benefits properly and consistently
  • Work with practice directors and sales to develop content strategies and materials to support the sales cycle, including buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle journey
  • Use voice-of-customer data to support strategic marketing priorities, refine marketing messaging and strengthen marketing content
  • Optimize content delivery by repeatedly testing various tools, content formats, and distribution channels with various target audience segments to maximize reach

WORK CONDITIONS

  • This is a remote position. You have the option to come to the office as desired. Our office is located in Duluth, GA.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum five years’ experience producing and publishing engaging digital content
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (i.e. HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with B2B social media platforms

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and vendors
  • Experience building, maintaining, and executing a Content/Editorial Calendar
  • Experience managing LinkedIn Company Pages
  • Strong HubSpot and WordPress skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • (Bonus) Graphic Design or Video Editing experience
  • (Bonus) Experience in B2B professional services industry
  • (Bonus) Experience with consumer regulatory compliance, privacy, or information security
