What is the general purpose of the position?
CompliancePoint is looking for a Call Recording Auditor to assist our Marketing Compliance Practice. This position will audit recordings of our clients’ calls to verify adherence to the applicable compliance requirements and business rules. You will be responsible for conducting the audits and compiling reports of your audit findings.

Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s business rules, compliance requirements, and audit criteria
- Listen and score recordings based on the defined criteria
- Data entry, both 10 key and written
- Periodic responsibilities (whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.): Maintain and/or Create Reports (monthly)
Educational Requirements
- High School Diplomacy or equivalent
Experience and Skill Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High achiever and self-motivated
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Quick learner
