CompliancePoint Inc. and Wipfli to Complete Transaction
DULUTH, Ga. – (April 30th, 2026) – CompliancePoint Inc. announced today it has entered into a transaction with Wipfli, a top 25 national advisory and accounting firm, which will result in the CompliancePoint team becoming part of Wipfli. This transaction will expand the resources available to clients while continuing to deliver the specialized experience and trusted relationships that define CompliancePoint. Two partners and 52 associates will join the firm as a result of the transaction.
Since its founding, CompliancePoint has focused on helping organizations manage information security, data privacy and regulatory compliance with clarity and confidence. The transaction with Wipfli strengthens the ability to support clients navigating changing regulatory complexity, evolving cybersecurity threats and growing expectations around responsible data practices.
